Where do i start?

Do you offer a-la-cart Services? If so, what is the fee?

Yes, a-la-cart services from other packages are available at any level for an additional $5, with the exception of bookings which is $10.

Do you book hotel accommodations?

Hotel booking options are available as part of the “Choose Travel” package or a-la-cart for a $7 fee.

Can you help with global travel?

Absolutely! Global travel is our passion. We can help book excursions on all global vacations, provide hotel recommendations and booking.

What if I have questions while i’m on my trip, how can i reach you?

Yes, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need help with your booking while you are out of town.

I have a trip planned this year, How soon do I need to book with pfe?

Ideally, we’d love at least 2 weeks notice to help curate the perfect trip for you and your loved ones: excursions, restaurants and hotels book up quickly. The earlier you contact us, the better chance you have to book your 1st choice activities. We know things happen, if you booked a last minute trip and need help planning, we’re here to help!

is there a cancellation fee?

There is no fee for cancellation, however there are no refunds.

Is there a fee for adjustments

There is no fee for adjustments unless there are more than 3 revisions. Additional revisions are a $5 charge.

When are we required to make payment and what payment methods are accepted?

Payment is required before services are rendered. If you have selected a package that includes booking, you will also receive an invoice for the cost of your hotel or excursion. We accept Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay and payments submitted via invoice.

How long does it take to receive itinerary after consultation?

Please allow 5-7 days to receive your itinerary after payment is confirmed. Curating the perfect trip takes time and we want to make sure we check all of the boxes.

Do you book airfare?

We do not book airfare but we can suggest ideal dates for travel and airlines with the most affordable pricing for your trip as an added bonus.
